Refuse to give a refund after incorrect order

I ordered 2 large Chicken Fillas on Thursday the 2nd April. I asked specifically for NO onions on the one as I am allergic. The slip and the box said no onions. When I got home my pizza has onions on! I tried to phone back immediately to the shop so that they could exchange the pizza but there was no answer. I phoned 4 times but to no avail! I was not going to go back as it is a waste of my time and petrol for something that should've been right the first time! <br> I immediately laid a complaint on the Debonairs website. I waited with the pizza for 2 days for a reply but when I didn't get one I gave it to my husband to eat. I was NOT going to waste food because no one rep**** to my post. Sunday 5 April the Manageress from the branch phoned me and apologized! I explained everything and said that I will go in today (Monday 6 April) to come and talk to her. I was there and she explained that her boss said I need the pizza (would've been disgusting by then!) otherwise he will not refund my money! <br> I understand that if you eat something they normally don't give your money back, but I was NOT going to waste the food because of incompetence! I am very dissapointed in the owner's response!
