Refusal to take an order

I'm very disappointed in Debonairs Mandini... I always order using my phone for delivery and when I phoned today they tell me that my number has been hoaxed therefore they cannot deliver for me mind you the last time I made a purchase was on the 29th May 2020 and delivery was done with no problem. I'm really struggling to understand how that happens.. Please follow up as what causes these false accusations... My number is *** address 5 Springbok road Mandini.. Please look into this asap
