Refusal to assist a client
First wanted to order online but it was off. Then phoned the number as stated on the website for my nearest branch and refused to take the order I wanted and told me they don't do delivery they do not have a service like that. Then got a hold of my nearest branch Malelane and first she didn't want to deliver and when I reminded her what the time was she helped but kept herself dumb by not listening to the information I give her. Could not take my number or name correctly. The whole reason was that she did not want to deliver. So why advertise free delivery if you don't want to deliver.<br>
