refusal of delivery
Ordered a pizza online,I received confirmation that it has been successfully placed through sms and email. Few minutes later I receive a call from one of the delivery staff telling me that they do not deliver in my area. My area is 7km away from the branch a delivery fee of R10 was attached to my bill I accepted. So my question/frustration is why was the order accepted online only for them to say they don't deliver here!?
