REFUND REQUEST

I have placed an online order on the 13/01/25 at Heilbron debonairs & on my collection they said my pizza was place at Summerstrand debonairs. And I paid online , I couldn't understand how does my order happened to appear so far. I humbly requested refund, till today I await R104,80 refund.
