Refund paid online but cancelled my order

Afternoon Please assist, I placed an order at 3pm and was called at 4:30pm letting me know that my order has being delayed and will only be delivered at 7pm.

I told the lady to cancel the order, I told her that I paid online so how will I get my money back. She said I will be refunded. I have called and can't get thru to Debonairs Protea Glen. I have spoken to the consultants at the call centre was given a reference but I have not received a call from the restaurant regarding my refund...
