Refund not yet received even after I waited for 5 working days

Good day I'm very disappointed in this restaurant in Kagiso Shopping Centre I ordered a pizza on the 24 May 2025 to get delivered to me in braamfischerville via the app but they called me to let me know they do not do deliveries at first the lady thought she let me know that they do not do that but I let her know I did not know they do not deliver to braamfischerville so she said I'll get a refund. I got a message on the same day saying I should wait 5 business days for the money to reflect my money hasn't reflect and today is the 4th of June I filed a complaint with them yesterday on the 3rd of June I was given this case number CAS-***-G4K2M3. I just want my money back with immediate effect I would appreciate it if I get immediate assistance thank you
