Refund not received since

So this dates back to 24 May 2025 where I did an online purchase of R179.90 for the 3 medium Pizza special. Money was taken off my account immediately that morning when the order was placed. So I get to the store to fetch my order but they say they didn't receive it. So I spoke to the manager in charge and she told me because it was an online order the refund wasn't possible. So I was like that's OK and she gave me her WhatsApp number to sort out the refund. I did place another order in store at the time. I was in communication with the manager over that month after the purchase. I sent her my banking transactions to show her proof that the money wasn't refunded. She has resigned and another lady contacted me after emailing Debonairs directly. She called and said its in the process and sent her 2 months banking transactions pdfs. I still haven't been refunded to date. I know its small money. Its the principle of it all. Just by the way I still have been patronizing the branch about 3 times a month. Help!!!!!
