Refund not made since 25th March 2021

Good day

I made an order omline on the 25th of May and payment was made , oder was canceled as I wanted a delivery but they dont deliver in my area . Reversal has not been done .Regarding where the order was made no one has called me back or give me response. Since we last spoken in the day .
