Refund my order

A week ago i placed an order and paid online, the restuarant called to let me know that they do not deliver to specified adress and that the refund would be processed in 48 hours.

I have been so very patient and nobody is saying anything to me, i have tried to contact the restuarant and debonnaires but have recieved no response. I need my money back!
