Refund my money Debonairs Lambton.....

This is actually so bad at this moment, I dont even know what to do anymore..... On the 25/06/2021 we placed an order with Debonairs Lambton for delivery ( the app showed they do deliver to our add) After 20 min we received a call from the store saying that they do not deliver to our store and we need to come and collect, due to not having transport that evening we could not just jump in a car... The lady adviced I will be refunded the money because I did not RECEIVE my order.... I am still waiting for my money back this is actually against Law to take money and keep it if you did not deliver the service that paid for.... I was contacted from debonairs last week saying they will inves the situastion( there is nothing to invest, I want my money back)

If I will not be contacted ans refunded soon I will take this to the next step, I would have came to the store but I do work and at the moment in isolation)

Why does one need to stuggle to get money back for something they did not get, if you think I got it I want proof, cause at the moment you are making me feel that I owe you and thats not the truth.
