Refund my money!

Placed an online order, debits my account and just then I realized my first pizza was wrong so I call the store wait 5 minutes to be answered ofcourse before lockdown so I expect they'd be busy once answered I was told sorry they don't have anything and there's nothing they can do, what about the payment they took, they can't do anything about it now, great so why didnt they **** the app down instead of taking my money and making me wait, so no one would have told me and I'd be waiting into the lockdown for supper that I paid close to R300 for. I want my money back NOW!!!! THE APP CONVINIENTLY SET UP A NEW IRDER FOR ME LIKE THE LAST ONE WAS ALREADY DELIVERED!!! IT WAS NOT!!
