Refund from Debonairs Pizza

The Debonairs Pizza Mayfair store doesn't want to refund my money. I place an order online and paid for two pizzas on the 2nd October 2022. I was told that they don't deliver in my area and they will refund me. Since that day until today 19th October, I haven't receive my refund. I did everything they asked for to send email with proof of purchase. When I call, they say they will process my refund in 10 minutes time and they will call be back. Now the excuss has changed that they are having difficulties in refunding bcs ig is more than 7 days and the person who does refunds was in UK and no one knew how to do them.
