REFUND FROM DEBONAIRS

on the 15th last week I order twice from debonairs katlehon, my one order got delivered but the other order not, I received an sms saying that they cannot takemy order and that my money would be refunded into my bank account, but it has been five days and all that's happening is someone fromdebonairs callsme and ask me the same question over and over and then it ends by them telling me they have to investigate before they can refund me,investigate so long and after I send the prove to them, sunday the investigator called and told me the money is in debonairs bank account and I would receive a confirmsation that within 24 hours I will get my money,it is Tuesday and this morning I got a call from debonairs telling me that they received a complain from me and they have to investigate, can I get my money already, I find the they are *********** and do not treat customers correctly ,my case number is CAS-***-D0W0J2 THIS HAS BEEN ESCALTED SINCE TUESDAY 15TH
