Refund

I need refund of 239.00 I was charged double for the same order I purchased on ubber eats when I got to the store they made me pay again I reported it same day at the store but nothing was done I was told that they are aware and that I must contact ubber eats to refund me but the app payment went through hrs before they can make me pay at the store I went to the store twice I was promised a call back that was 5 days ago no feedback.i want my money please the cashier was negligent he didn't confirm the payment he just gave me a speed point to pay I understand it was busy but now that they know no one is doing anything about it.ubber eats aswell I informed them but no response nothing
