Refund

Ordered a pizza at debonairs sam Ntuli, the order took 3 hours to be prepared which was unusual, i ended up canceling the order, the store called and promised to refund me after 5 days, i took that and waited for my money to be reversed, yesterday I got a call from the store that they have refunded me but I haven't got any notification that my money is in,tried calling the store to find out what's causing the delay but they taking me from pillar to post😏ngiqela imali yami.
