Refund due!!! False website info!

On Friday September 23rd I placed an order for delivery via the website. Paid for the order and delivery address is in Eldorado park. The Debonairs in question is Jabulani mall. I then get a call 40 minutes later after the order was placed to advise that they do not deliver in Eldorado Park (Your website states that they deliver there). I then cancel my order and request a refund. I thereafter get a call from a very derranged or totally *********** individual called "Ebrahim" who tells me that on Saturday he will deposit the money into my account (R179.80). Saturday he calls me and tells me he is busy and cannot do it and the network is bad at the phone in his store and I will get my deposit by 6pm latest. Today is Sunday October 1st and have no money back to my account. Refund me the amount due! This is false representation of business practises and I will ensure that the Maponya mall franchise gets exposed for this. I request my money to be paid back to me by Tuesday October 3rd 2017. No wonder your stores under perform when compared to Andiccios and the likes. **** service!!!
