Refund complaint

Greetings

I have been struggling with the above mention restaurant management for the past two weeks now. Can I please have money for the order I made credited bak into my account, asap. Or get my order please. When I made the order I was under the impression that the store was open and I'm within trade hours, then in a few minutes got a message saying the order is not excepted and refund will be prossed. It's been long over two weeks now. The restaurant managers keep telling me it's not their fault or problem after they have asked for my proof of payment, order numbers and my bank statements. only to be told by them that I need to call some third party company Yumbi. Who is Yumbi?. .. I paid debonairs! . And I was advised that the transactions would be reversed and nothing has happened thus far. Im very frustrated. I feel ******. I need the money back now or please get my pizza's delivered.
