Refund

I Ordered Pizza and paid online on the 13th June 2020 I was called by the Debonair outlet in Hillbrow telling me they will refund my money coz they were not able to deliver where I was , till today I have not received y refund and each time I call I am told someone dealing with accounts will contact me .
