Refund awaited

I ordered pizza from Protea Glen on the 16/05/2020 and payment went through for R214, which included a delivery fee. I then received a message that the store cannot accept orders through the app and I would be refunded. Till today I'm still waiting for my money and now I receive a call that Yambi took my money and not the store. I don't care who has my money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE
