Refund

On the 23rd of September 2021 I ordered a fam feast from Debonairs Delft mall order number #***1 the order kept declining and I tried a few times as we really wanted this pizza Saturday I noticed something wasn't right and found I had paid 4 times for one order as it was a card payment R1200 for a R299 pizza since then I have been trying to get in touch with them to get my R900 back as it is mine but no luck I've been told to fill out a form that keep doesn't give much information I don't know what to do as this is my money and it's so hard to get a refund of it it's like they don't want to give it back
