Refund

I bought Pizza at one of the Debonairs Pizza franchise in Bridge City and it was a horrible mistake. I was given burnt Pizza and I paid 217 rands for this, I complained on the day 1June via Facebook and sent a video s****ing the pizza off the cardboard and sent the receipt as well. They keep saying they get back to me soon when I demanded for a time frame towards a resolution I'm still not getting a clear response
