Recurring bad service

The debonairs pizza in Pretoria, BP garage in WF Nkomo street is the worst food outlet of all. Worst part I went through the reviews on this platform, it looks like no one does anything about these bad reviews. My experience tonight has been my last with Debonairs. Never again will I ever get food from them Been Waiting for my order for almost three hours now, I fear they are closed even. Now all the restaurants closed and silly me I put my last hopes on them. This is the second time this happens so I'm done with debonairs
