really useless staff and managers

<p>So on Friday night we want to order pizza from Bedfordview Debonairs, after spending +- 20 mins on the phone, the cashier to me that they dont have any cheese, so eventually we spoke to the manager and the manager told us that the cheese are on the way but will only be there in 15 min time, so we are willing to wait and the delivery only arrived after 22:00. When the driver told me after I stated on our delivery he must bring change, he doesnt have any change. So he promised me that he will bring me my change Saturday afternoon as the shop was closed already. So we waited Saturday nothing happened. Sunday came and we got no call nothing. So this morning I phoned the manager and he told me that Im the third customer to complain about change. So he promised that he will deliver the change at 13:30, so its 15:00 and still nothing, so I phoned the shop to see whats going on, maybe they forgot, but guess what? Debonairs Bedfordview is not answering their phones. Tried about 7 times with a few breaks, nothing. Really dont know how you keep your customers happy with service like this!</p>
