Really horrible pizza from Debonairs Mall Of the South burnt to the point that it's not even edible

Really horrible pizza from Debonairs Mall Of the South burnt to the point that it's not even edible. I'm wondering how the kitchen staff saw the state of it and still deemed it consumable. I just regret not checking the order before leaving the mall. Got home to the worst pizza I've ever seen or tasted, it was meant to be a chicken cram decker. Worse pizza ever! I want my money back.
