Really Disgusted and Disappointed in the service

So this evening at 6:54pm I placed an order online with debonairs, the order was confirmed almost immediately, I was then waiting for over an hour with no response as to how long it would take, I then decided to call to find out what's happening with my order to no surprise they took over 2minutes to answer I spoke to Nadia who then confirmed the driver is in his way, he gets here at 8:35pm so on the slip the franchise then wrote down R10 for delivery however when the order was placed it said free delivery so I feel really disgusted with the fact that your falsely advertising free delivery don't get me wrong I don't mind paying it however it should state delivery charges when order is placed last but not least I open the box 2 Large pizzas both with hardly any food on it mostly dough!!!! I will definitely never purchase from them again!
