Real Deal Pizzas
On 29 March 2015, I logged a complaint to Debonairs regarding their new real deal pizzas promotion being beef and pork only. The ONLY branch in SCOTTBURGH KZN is not Halaal, therefore the beef and ham cannot be substituted for macon. To date I have not received any positive feedback to resolve this issue. The only feedback I get is that this query has been to posted and awaiting feedback. Seriously Debonairs, it is now June and still no feedback. Is the head office pulling for time as it will be July soon. I was advised by your customer care consultants that they were inundated with so many complaints regarding this new real deal promotion but has anything being done to resolve this issue! Debonairs please don't send out false statement that your'll value your customers. Is it so difficult to allow the Scottburgh KZN branch to substitute the beef and pork for another topping. Your Customer service is a JOKE!!!<br>
