RAW PIZZAS

Ok, We ordered pizzas via their app. this is for Debonairs GLEN VILLIAGE (FAERIE GLEN). we ordered the pizzas at 16h29. We were told that the pizzas will be ready for collection at 16h43. when I arrived at 16h50, they have not even started with the order, taking into consideration that they were not busy. there was only one other order. be that as it may, I waited for the pizzas and at 17h03, it was handed to me. When I got home, giving pizzas to 4 minor children, because we were babysitting, I realised that the dough was raw, I need to place the pizzas in my own oven to cook them. then I phoned the restaurant and they said I must send them a photo of the pizzas, but they refuse to give my either a phone number or e-mail address to which I can send them, because you cannot send anything to customer care. when you phone them they merely transfer you to the restaurant.
