Raw pizza received

I travelled from Durban to Pretoria with the family, we stopped at Kolonnade mall to grab a bite. We ordered a Cram decker at Kolonnade Debonairs and left. When we were eating the Pizza it was raw, hardly cooked especially around the sausage. I don’t understand how anyone can give a customer raw food. Unfortunately we were too far gone to turn back and return it.
