R50 discount my foot.

<p>Hi my name is Sam... I received an sms today that I have R50 off my next online purchase. So I logged in online and orded, firstly the order didn't discount me the R50 so I told them to cancel it (Deboniars on Davenport, Durban). I orderd again and it came right, this was around 15:30 and I told them I will pick it up at 16:30 when I knock off at work and settle the balance. When I got there the staff didn't know how to use this voucher system issued to customers, two walked out before me and I was told I should buy it full price after waiting for 30 minutes! What ****es me off is that we got sms 'a and when we get to the restaurant the staff doesn't know to use the system. Such a waste of my ****** time to be told I should purchase full price. Why send sms's when your staff doesn't know how to use it.</p>
