Queensburgh Debonairs BAD SERVICE!

The only reason why I am writing this complaint is due to the fact that this store offers a service that it cannot provide properly and efficiently!.This is my second report on this website after a few months and just so happens to be about the same pathetic excuse for a debonairs based in queensburgh.<br> I placed an order via the new android app last week.the app is perfect and easy during work as i dont need to call anyone, or so i thought.I happily pick my pizza off the menu on the app and clicked next to select my address.I use 3 as I am not in the same branch constantly. So I picked the address i was working on that day which was based on chatsworth main road.The app them showed that the store had recieved my order.I wait for 30 minutes and then receieved a call from the hillary office and was told that the delivery was there.then the person has the audacity to tell me that they dont deliver where i was.I told him that the app should notify this as when i chose a branch closer to me it showed the branch (bayview) did not deliver.I recieved my order and didnt complain, well until now because today I ordered at 20:03.21:20 I called, they hadn't even made the order!.
