Queensburgh Debonairs
On 17 July we placed an order just after 18:00 in the evening. First the woman who took my order, I ordered a pizza but she took down a sub, had to correct her 3 times. After 40 minutes of waiting for our pizza, we phoned and then was advised that they are busy. I phoned again 1hr later and was told the pizza has left. 1 hr later after phoning 4 times the pizza arrived. The whole process was 2 hrs. I put a complaint on the website who say that a consultant will contact me and they only contacted me on the 14 Aug almost a month later. He say that he will phone me at 16:00 on the 15 Aug and we still haven't heard back from him. The service received is pathetic. This is NOT the first time I have had issues with this branch but I will NEVER go to them again
