Quality promise non existing
<p>Placed an order and was advised it would take 40mins for delivery. Waited one hour and 20mins for my order which was cold by the time I received it. The dot was black which means my pizza is free. I refused to pay as it says if the dot is black on presentation the pizza is free. Had to fight to get my pizza free. The second pizza was still hot and I said I would pay for the one. BUT the driver didn't have change. ***??</p> <p> </p>
