****py service and incorrect order

So today I placed an order from debonairs watergate so they don’t deliver to where I stay which meant I needed to go and collect my order at the store , I placed my order at 7 had to wait a hour at the store to get at home with the wrong ****ing order I ordered a spicy triple decker to get at home and get a creamy chicken triple decker I mean if I wanted that i would’ve ordered it it’s ****ing ridiculous that they can’t get to it order right is it that hard. I also think the staff are super unprofessional and not customer friendly at all stood in the shop for quite some time nobody asked if I needed help or what my order number was and eventually I went up to the counter and I get screamed at cause apparently my order was waiting how the **** is my order waiting if it’s the wrong ****ing thing and with this pizza you can’t really see the fillings I just think this store is something else if I could give no stars I ****ing would
