Putrid Service from Beaufort West Debonairs Manager

What a horrible experience. From store to Managers. Rotten to the core. Tried for 3 hours to get through to Debonairs Beaufort West. Contacted customer care that does not allow you contact the store manager, regional manager or franchise manager. Customer care instructs the store manager to contact me. When he does call, he decides to verbally abuse me because I asked him his name and surname. He went as far as to tell me I can call customer care and complain again. All the effort just to contact a store? And Debonairs allows this behavior.
