Putrid.
As if waiting 99 years for a delivery on the last occasion and never being contacted and the matter never being resolved. We make the same horrible mistake of coming here again 15 to 20 minutes they say...45 minutes later and counting. I honestly will never understand why this place doesn't close down or employ more staff or upgrade their machinery anything to fix their pathetic service and turn around time. What a mess of a business really.
