Push pin in pizza (food safety)

On the 18th of June 2021, I ordered the chicken tikka pizza at the branch from Florida Road in Durban. As i bit on my pizza i found a push pin inside the pizza which injured my gums. The staff at the shop need to be vigilant with matters regarding foreign bodies as it is a serious hazzard to food safety. I called the branch but the guy who answered the phone was not friendly and don't think he will take this matter serious. Kindly make sure that your staff is at least trained when dealing with customers.
