Punitive Delivery Delays

Look, this is the second time this has happened now, and it's really not okay. I ordered a pizza through your app for delivery, just like normal. And because I chose not to add a tip through the app – guess what? My pizza shows up an hour late.

Are you kidding me? I'm already paying a delivery fee! Why am I being punished just because I didn't add an extra tip? That feels completely uncalled for.

Honestly, this is ridiculous. I won't be ordering from this specific store ever again. In fact, I'm so annoyed by this kind of behaviour that I won't be ordering from Debonairs at all until this stops. It's just an awful way to treat customers.
