Protea Gardens takes us for fools!!!

This i hope is the last straw! I have been a customer for many years but I am exhausted for having complaining and not getting anyone to take responsibility for such a big and prominent brand. Protea gardens branch is the worst of the worst. Their service sucks. If the order does not come 1h30 mins later, its damaged or its not what you ordered (they improvise). It is repugnant to say the least.
