Promotion Advertised but Not Honoured.

They communicated this promotion via cellphone messages and large posters, stating that if you buy a Triple Large Pizza, you receive a free 1.5L Coke. However, when I arrived at Debonairs Pizza in Park Square, Vanderbijlpark, I was told they had no cold drinks available.

How is it possible to run a promotion that will last for more than a month without ensuring sufficient stock of cold drinks? It is 17:15 on 16 December, and they said they had already run out, yet the store closes at 21:00. Imagine how many customers will miss out on their cold drink.

As soon as management noticed that stock was running low, a backup plan should have been put in place. Instead, customers are simply told that the store has run out of cold drinks and that nothing can be done. This clearly shows that customer service was not treated as a priority.

This is especially disappointing during the festive season, when it is obvious that customer traffic will be high. This is not what I expected from Debonairs. Someone is clearly not doing their job properly, and customers are the ones being affected.
