Pretzel pizza

We ordered the cramdecker at jabulani mall n order numbers before ours were called out till after 30 minutes or more my partner went to check on our order n they gave him, only to get home to find that the crust with the cheese griller Inside was burnt , we were practically having pretzels fr dinner as the bottom base was hard n dry with no fillings inside , the pizza was dry and poorly cut , n we shall be returning it bk 1st thing in the morning requesting a full refund on our money bk
