Presentation and late delivery

I'm really unhappg with the fact that even after so many bad reviews about late delivery Deboniars still has the same problem. I ordered Pizza online around 18:04 and only got my Pizza delivered at 20:50 cold as ice and i also ordered donuts and they were crushed didn't look like donuts anymore. My pizza looked like it was falling apart. I'm really appualled by your service and presentation. When i asked why my pizza arrived so late i was told its month end its busy. Why not hire more staff to ensure all orders are delivered on time and the presentation should look good. I even feel like the donuts were stale as they were falling apart and look so unprofessional as if i was getting them for free whereas I'm paying for this food i didn't get it for free. It's truely appauling. Never again.
