Prepare to wait for cold scrambled pizza

We ordered pizza online around 18:00 on Wednesday evening from the Silveroaks Debonairs in Pretoria. Firstly, we waited almost 2 hours for our pizza. They could not help us to determine why we had to wait so long. Secondly, when the pizza arrived, it was cold. And lastly, the one pizza was scrambled. We did email to complain and also called the store. They just refuse to assist. Worst service ever
