Subject: Unacceptable Service from Debonairs Pizza in Pretoria Mabopane Morula Sun Total Garage

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Debonairs Pizza at the Pretoria Mabopane Morula Sun Total Garage location. Today, I placed an online delivery order, and I have encountered several issues that have left me extremely dissatisfied.

Firstly, the number provided for orders was not working. When I called, the call just hung up, and there was no alternative number available to contact. This lack of communication left me in the dark about the status of my order, and I was unable to get any information regarding the delay.

It has now been almost an hour since I placed my online delivery order, and I have not received any call or reply regarding the status of my meal. I had to take it upon myself to call the restaurant to inquire about my order, and even then, I did not receive satisfactory assistance.

This level of service is entirely unacceptable and has left me with a negative impression of Debonairs Pizza. I expect better communication and customer service from a reputable establishment like Debonairs.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue and an explanation for the lack of communication and service. If this matter is not addressed appropriately, I will be forced to reconsider ordering from Debonairs Pizza in the future and will not hesitate to share my negative experience with others.
