Poorest of the poor service

I called Debonairs at 17:40 and placed an order for delivery. I was told that due to the rain, it could take up to two hours for the driver to deliver. I called AGAIN 2hours later and the lady at the call center was shocked that I've waited so long but came up with a story that there was a problem with speed points and she's checking with the shop how far my order was, I held until I ran out of airtime. 10 minutes thereafter, a lady called me and asked if I'd received my order which I hadn't, she asked for my name, I gave it to her and she said she would call after a minute. It's been 30 minutes since she said she would get back to me and we are still without our order. 2 hours and 40 minutes later!!!!

I'm truly disappointed at the service I received today!!!
