Poorest customer service

I ordered online like I usually do. But today they were over 2hours late.still waiting by the way. So I called with my Airtime and the person from Jabulani says to me:yi month end JOE yazi. So I said tell the delivery guy to begin with me he laughs sarcastically and says :ya sho and hangs up?.is it because its Soweto month end guess what I order mid month as well but hey what was a order in white city to him . Customer care is deplorable.
