Poor/disguting service

I would not like for anyone else to experience what i had experienced today. Debonair pizza verulam should rather close down due to their disgusting service. I had placed at 17:35 today and followed up with the call centre over 5 times before they blocked me and never asked my call. I demand an explanation for this kind of service as if they cannot deliver proper trustworthy service they should rather not exist.
