Poor treatment and rudeness

My husband ordered two real deals and requested that the order be delivered to us. The cashiers rudely responded by saying that they do not deliver cheap orders. The total cost of our order was R105, 00 which is more than the amount that we normally pay for the standard pizza which is R100, 86c. Besides I have witnessed people from debonairs delivering small orders to other areas. Why the double standards and unequal treatment of customers. These ladies who answer calls are obviously not trained on how to respond in a respectful manner as she had no problem telling my husband off. Initially my husband had requested to collect the order and then there was a situation that forced him not to be able to go and collect to which he phoned and asked to change and have the order delivered. The response was that they are unable to change in the system as the manager was absent and they insisted that he comes and collect himself. After a long confrontation and exchanging of rude remarks by your staff they eventually agreed to deliver. Iam appealing that this be addressed if they lack training or something but an urgent intervention is required as I deem this to be bad debonairs.
