poor telephone etiquette
I called in today and was treated really bad by this female named Janette... It was extremely loud in the background when I ordered a pizza over the phone. Janette asked me almost 8 times for my cell number and address.. She was Enjoying this and it was very frustrating on our side. This is not the type of service to be expected from debonairs.... I spend money and expect great customer service. And on top of that the pizza took 2 hours to get to me
