poor telecommunication s****s from the call center

called in to order a pizza for COLLECTION this i made extremely clear by telling the gentalman on the other end of the line about five times that i was going to collect the order myself from the west coast village branch, clearly the meaning of collection was misunderstood somewhere along the line as when i got to the branch to collect my order it had been sent to the address i last ordered from, so i ended up waiting an extra half an hour for my pizza, convenient..... i think not
